Terms and Conditions

App Name: Home Ally LP

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Home Ally app (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App.

​

2. Eligibility and Account Access

The App is available only to active Home Ally members. You must have an existing client account with Home Ally to register and use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your App login credentials and all activity under your account. Users must be authorized to access the client account.

​

3. Services Provided

The App allows clients to:

  • Submit new service requests

  • View current and past requests

  • Access upcoming maintenance schedules

  • View and manage property profiles

  • Upload images and videos

  • (Future) Receive push notifications

  • (Future) Chat with support

  • (Future) Pay invoices via secure ACH processor


All services are subject to availability and governed by your Membership Agreement.

4. Membership Requirements

Access to the App is granted exclusively to clients with an active Home Ally membership. The membership provides access to our contractor network and field team services. All terms related to membership fees, renewal, and termination are outlined in your service agreement.

5. Request Management

All submitted service requests are reviewed by Home Ally’s internal staff and contractors and scheduled accordingly. Fulfillment is carried out either by our in-house team or vetted subcontractors.

Home Ally is not responsible for delays, non-performance, damages, or other issues arising from services coordinated or paid for directly by the client outside of Home Ally.

6. Minimum Charges and Regional Fees

All house visits are subject to a minimum billing of 2 hours. An additional service fee applies for homes located in Sonoma, Napa, and South San Francisco.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Interfere with App operation or security

  • Attempt to access restricted data or user accounts

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the App (including logos, text, and design) is the property of Home Ally LP and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free functionality.

10. Limitation of Liability

Home Ally is not liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect damage resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the App

  • Client-directed work or externally coordinated services


To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home Ally disclaims all liability for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even if we were advised such damages were possible.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if there is any breach of these Terms or your Membership Agreement.

 

12. Arbitration & Governing Law 

Before taking legal action, you agree to contact us at Service@Homeally.com to try to resolve any dispute informally. If we can’t resolve the issue within 30 days, both parties agree to resolve any claims related to these Terms or the App through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, under the rules of the [American Arbitration Association (AAA)].

​

Arbitration will be individual only — no class actions or representative proceedings. Exceptions include claims for injunctive or equitable relief or those related to intellectual property rights. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California and the Federal Arbitration Act.
