Virtual Assistants or Contractors – Limited access, used solely for request coordination

Service Providers – Including Salesforce (data storage), IT support, and (future) ACH payment processors

Access codes and sensitive access data are never shared with subcontractors or assistants.

Your data is securely stored in Salesforce, a trusted, encrypted platform. Sensitive access credentials are role-restricted within our internal team and encrypted at rest and in transit.
We take appropriate administrative, technical, and physical measures to safeguard your information.

Currently, users can view limited account data in the App, including:

Access to additional account data may become available in future updates.
You may request updates or changes to your account information (such as changes to contact details or access codes) by contacting us via email or phone. Account update requests cannot currently be submitted through the App.

6. Children’s Privacy
This App is intended only for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain service history — including after your membership has ended.
8. Third-Party Links or Tools
The App may link to third-party services or websites (e.g., future payment platforms). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those providers.
